How to measure my inseam for a bike

Your inseam can help you find the perfect sized bike (measuring it properly is similar to pant inseams but measured a little differently). Here's how they work:

  1. Stand upright with your feet 6-8" apart.
  2. Using a tape measure or tailor tape, measure from the bottom of your foot to the top of the inside of your leg.
  3. Compare your inseam measurement to the standover height of the bike. You should have about an inch of space between your body and the top tube.

    Just what I needed

I finally graduated from a kids bike to an adult bike! I'm short. So I've been riding a kids bike for 20 years. It's been a bit of an adjustment with the Beaumont. But it's totally worth it. My kids bike was heavy. The Beaumont is obviously bigger than I'm used to, but lighter. I finally feel like an adult! It's fun tooling around with my adorable new bike. Love that I'm forced to sit straight. Rides are smooth with just the right amount of gear shifting for Chicago. Yay for me!

    Matte Black (Legacy)

Great bike! The setup was very simple and it rides super smooth. I also love that it comes with a bell and a rear rack. No problems so far, I definitely recommend!

    Morano City Bike

It was packed well. The set up continues. My wife is short and likes to ride in a very upright position. I had to buy an additional handle bars to she can sit in the upright position and not bend over or crane her neck in order to see. I am a competent DIY bike mechanic and I am making all of the alterations myself. We are hoping for a significant test ride by next week. Everything is assembled. Adjustments will continue for a while. Regards, Bob Morano

    Beautiful and great functionality

This is such a beautiful and smooth bike, I wish I could give it more stars. The speed/gear changing is very smooth and I take it out for a ride every single day with my kids. I’m so excited for this summer!!
